ESBL + 오구멘틴S 은 이론상 효과는 없다지만 실제로는 써보면 효과는 있음
ESBL+라면 대부분 cipro에도 내성이지만 sensitive 하다면 써볼수 있음
Enterobacter cloacae K.pne proteus vulgaris citrobacter providential serrtia 는 세파 내성
FQ은 aotic aneurysm, dissection 위험도가 있다
FQ은 QT prolongation 위험도 증가
